Announcement: Slow photog Mirjana Simeunovich hosts art show May 17
SlowCity.ca congratulates our fave photog Mirjana, the lady with the ladder, on her debut art show at Cork 'n Bean downtown Oshawa which opens Thursday May 17 and runs to June 17.
Mirjana had been an active rock photographer inToronto during the 90's and has archival shots of pretty well everyone who toured through the city. She had stepped away but when she wanted to resume her work she contacted SlowCity.ca and we were happy to help her get connected with the Oshawa/Durham music scene.
She is now a fixture at many shows at the TCC, the Regent, the Music Hall and other clubs around. The next step is getting her work off the page/screen and into frames for you all. Mirjana will be in attendance at the opening 5 - 7 pm on the 17th.
