Nick Ferrio 'Soothsayer' looks to the future through the past

With a glimpse of the Vapors and a nod to T-Rex and Elvis Costello, Nick Ferrio's single 'Soothsayer' from his new album of the same title, digs into the 70's Brit pub rock wave and why not - sure as one who was around then it was a fun time for music - Nick Lowe and Pagliaro, Status Quo, Sweet. Nick steps up for his round and there's even a touch of the Housemartins, the 80s version of pub rock.
